The Guy I met at the coffee shop...
There's this guy at my local coffee shop.
Every morning. Same table. Same laptop. Same order.
Large black coffee. No sugar.
And he's always on Zoom calls.
Always.
I've been going there for 6 months. I've never seen him NOT on a call.
Yesterday I finally asked him what he does.
"I sell software to dentists."
That's it.
One type of software. One type of customer.
He built it 2 years ago. Now he just takes calls with dentists who want to buy it.
Makes about $8K a month.
From one product. That he built once.
Wild.
Got me thinking...
Most people overcomplicate this whole "making money online" thing.
They try to build 10 different products. Target everyone. Be everything to everyone.
This guy? One product. One customer. Done.
I've been doing something similar with this platform I found.
Let's you build simple AI tools without coding. Sell them monthly.
I'm not making $8K yet. But I'm at about $340/month from 2 tools.
One-time cost: $49.
Here's the link to see the FULL details...
The platform makes it stupid easy. Pick what the tool does. Customize it. Launch it.
No complicated tech stuff. Just build something useful. Charge people monthly.
Like coffee shop guy. One thing. Done well. Making money.
Sometimes, the simple is better.
Anyway.
If you want to check it out, the link's above.
On a second thought, here's the link once more...
If not, that's cool too.

P.S. Coffee shop guy drinks his coffee black because "adding sugar is a waste of time." I respect the commitment, but also... It's 2 seconds, man.
